Councillor opens doors to new Hays office in Lincoln on the branch's 25th anniversary
The office move reflects the growth in the local economy as businesses look to take on additional staff as they grow. This recent increase in business activity has also led to the recruitment team increasing their finance, office support, construction and education divisions internally too in order to serve local organisations.
The official new office opening will take place on Wednesday 18 March where Lincoln's City Sheriff and Lady, Councillor David and Mrs Barbara Jackson will be opening the doors to the office located on Corporation Street.
Lisa Francis, Manager at Hays in Lincoln, said, “In the past few months we have seen a real surge in confidence in the Lincolnshire market. Particularly in our finance and office support divisions and across construction as an increase in house building activity has fuelled a demand for contract construction workers at all levels.
“This is a great move for the team, we are doubling our office space for our plans to take on more new staff as we continue to provide our service to local businesses. We invite local professionals to make an appointment to meet the team in our new office for one-to-one career advice.”
The Hays team in Lincoln recruits across office support, finance, IT, marketing, HR, procurement, education and construction.
