CRG invests in cloud technology

Budget cuts and regulatory scrutiny has pushed the NHS and private healthcare providers to increase the efficiency of their recruitment processes and maximise internal resources to meet staffing targets. In response, the St. Helens-based company has deployed Bond Adapt recruitment software, including Adapt Insight and Web Recruit, to upgrade internal processes and reduce administrative pressure on clients. Using contextual search and match functionality, consultants at CRG will be able to search thousands of CVs using phrases and full job descriptions to ensure they never miss a candidate.

Ian Munro, CEO of CRG, said, “Whether providers in the healthcare sector are seeking locums and temporary staff to maintain required staffing levels, or need experienced professionals on a permanent basis to fill a skills gap, they’re struggling with the administrative side of recruitment and are looking for support from recruiters.

“Clients were regularly asking us how they could simplify the process of bringing on quality candidates without stretching their internal resources. Investing in programmes such as Bond Adapt allows us to work more efficiently by reducing the time and effort spent identifying individuals with the right healthcare skills and ensuring they have sufficient qualifications and experience. This will help clients – especially those relying on temporary or contract employees – to meet staffing targets, giving providers more time to focus on patient care.”

In addition to integrating with a wide range of existing hospital and practice HR systems, the cloud-based software platform, also supports both traditional and online recruitment efforts, allowing the firm’s regional recruitment teams to access real-time data via mobile devices.

Toby Conibear, European business development director at Bond International Software, said, “Maintaining staffing levels within the healthcare sector is crucial to the care and wellbeing of many. That’s why we’re very happy to have been chosen to provide our unrivalled recruitment platform that can be easily integrated across the business.

“We look forward to helping CRG better grow and manage its candidate database, especially for temporary and contractual staff. Our priority is ensuring it is easier to place the right people in the right healthcare vacancies. That way, consultants can be more efficient and provide the highest levels of service to their clients.”
