Kinnect Personnel rebrands for global market

MD at AT Globe Research, Kay Chouhan, noticed a change coming about in the way companies were hiring people. So, after 4 years as Kinnect Personnel, she decided to re-brand the company to offer a research-based process that focused on finding a specific candidate to suit a company’s role. 

Compared to more traditional role-finding methods, Kay found that Heads of HR for direct employers were limited to the amount of time on diligence per role and often lost sight of building talent contingency pipelines. Likewise, directors at executive search firms regularly found pipeline is delayed due to time restraints making it increasingly more difficult to predict the precise researcher days required for a role, creating a bottleneck over available research time.

Kay saw her chance, recognising a gap in the market to work much closer with these organisations to fill that research criteria. AT Globe Research works as part of the fabric of the businesses, researching the background of potential candidates, both active and passive, to find the right employee – even if it means approaching the competition.

“There’s no doubt that there has been an obvious transition in the way larger companies are hiring their employees” Chouhan commented. “The recruitment industry is not all about finding anyone to fill a role – it is a two-way process between an employer and an employee to ensure that a solid, reliable working relationship is formed. This requires careful research to find the right person and that’s what I’ve always wanted to offer as a unique proposition.
