By combining Lane4’s experience in leadership and behavioural learning with KPMG sector and business expertise along with existing capability in talent management, the partnership has a unique and powerful offer to businesses. The partnership will also help businesses on key talent management needs such as selection and development, creating a high performance environment, and leadership development.
Founded by Adrian Moorhouse, Olympic Gold Medallist swimmer in 1995 and MD, said: “Right from our initial meetings, it has been obvious to me that we share with KPMG a passion for enhancing the performance of people in organisations. I think that, even though we’re a smaller organisation, both of our values and goals are closely aligned, so it seemed like a natural fit for us to partner.
