Santander, Bristol-Myers Squibb and Deloitte honoured at the Candidate Experience Awards
The Candidate Experience Awards are organised by Talent Board, a non-profit organisation focused on facilitating the evolution of the employment candidate experience. Eighteen companies were celebrated as winners at the annual awards gala held at The King’s Fund in London for delivering positive talent acquisition, hiring and screening practices to their candidates. Alexander Mann Solutions is a Platinum Sponsor of the Awards.
Their three client winners were Santander, Bristol-Myers Squibb and Deloitte. Additionally, Deloitte was recognised as a winner & lsquo;with distinction’, based on its implementation of innovative or standout practices throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle, as judged by a volunteer panel of industry leaders. Deloitte’s story will be included in the 2014 Candidate Experience White Paper to be developed by Talent Board.
Now in its third year, the UK and Ireland CandE Awards has more than doubled year-on-year, with over 40 companies and 4,000 candidates participating in the 2014 survey. The UK programme consists of three survey rounds that work to evaluate the company’s application process and how it treats candidates who apply. This year’s & lsquo;with distinction’ judges were Bill Boorman, founder of the #Tru Collective Ken Brotherston, chief executive of The JobPost and Kevin Green, chief executive officer of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation.
