The Curve Group named in top 50 UK most disruptive companies report
The listing encompasses every industry and sector across the UK, thus listing The Curve Group amongst other disruptors such as leisure business Pay as U gym, energy company Flow and funding platform provider CrowdCube. The Curve Group has been noted for its constructively disruptive practices particularly in the recruitment and talent management outsource sector where it has removed anti-competitive clauses from all supplier terms and introduced full financial transparency and profit-share structures to its clients.
This accolade comes just weeks after Ann Swain, CEO, APSCo, said, “The Curve Group is the most disruptive company I have seen in the recruitment outsourcing industry in the last 20 years. They are taking a stand on ethics, quality and innovation that is going to shake up the sector for the benefit of the customer and the wider recruitment industry.”
Lyndsey Simpson, co-owner, The Curve Group comments, “We are intentionally disruptive – for the benefit of our customers and to improve the standards and reputation of the recruitment industry as a whole. We are delighted to be named as one of the 50 most disruptive companies in the UK and would like to thank Real Business Magazine, Everline and last year’s Top 50 for voting us in to this prestigious listing”.
