Thorn Baker gains top honours from Best Companies

The accreditation, which is judged solely on confidential employee engagement surveys, is widely recognised as the most academically rigorous measure of workplace fulfilment, motivation and engagement.

The survey results, once collated, are ranked according by their Best Companies Index (BCI) score. Only the companies with the highest levels of overall engagement scores are given the top honours – and qualify for the Best 100 Small Companies list.

The Nottingham-based recruitment consultancy improved their BCI score by more than 50 points, making gains in all eight factors which are measured, including & lsquo;Leadership’, & lsquo;My Team’ and & lsquo;Wellbeing’.

Paul Jackman, director at Thorn Baker, is delighted to have been awarded the & lsquo;Extraordinary’ Three Star status.
