Alexander Mann Solutions expands North American leadership team
George Vollmer, senior vice president, Business & Professional Services
Vollmer takes global responsibility for overseeing the strategy development and execution for the company’s professional and business services sector—which includes consulting, accounting, legal and other service industries. His role focuses on strategic planning, executive relationship development and overall client engagement. Prior to joining Alexander Mann Solutions, Vollmer was with Kenexa, an IBM company, for almost 18 years, where he had various executive level roles in talent acquisition and management.
Kristin Thomas, senior vice president, Technology, Media, Telecommunications & Retail Sectors
Thomas takes global responsibility for the delivery of all services to companies in the technology, media, telecommunications and retail sectors. She is accountable for building and developing senior level client relationships while supporting the hiring of high performing talent, managing efficient delivery, and fostering innovation for our clients. Prior to Alexander Mann Solutions, Thomas held executive level positions with Randstad Sourceright for 12 years.
Jennifer Lima, vice president, Talent Solutions and Innovations
Lima assumes responsibility for leading solution development and innovation in the Americas region. She works with clients to help them optimize their talent acquisition and management capabilities through integrated technologies, strategic planning and improved processes. Prior to joining Alexander Mann Solutions, she held progressively senior positions in technology and consulting services with CareerBuilder.
