The senior team positions were created through a comprehensive restructure of the business under Mark McFall, who took over as group managing director of Change Recruitment last year. Since his arrival he has made a number of strategic changes to the business, including its internal structure and client engagement strategy, to position Change for new and organic growth across 2015/16.
McFall said, “Following a period of restructure and investment in the infrastructure of the company, we are now well positioned to move forward positively. This senior team has the drive, ethics, talent and passion to give the business a re-energised focus which will deliver both the growth we want to achieve, and the quality and attention to detail that our clients demand. ”
Based over both Glasgow and Edinburgh offices, the new senior team joins the 65-strong Group, which is expected to grow further over the coming year.
McFall added, “We will look to grow headcount by a further 20-25% this year and there is also our new office in Edinburgh which we move into over the next few months, new specialisms and new markets in the pipeline. It’s an exciting time to be at Change, and we look forward to seeing the evolution of the business taking place over the coming year."
Change Recruitment Group was established in 1970, rebranding to Change in 2000. In 2006, the business completed a £14 million MBO backed by NBGI Private Equity.
