As a response to growing demand in the market and as a means to ensuring further customer engagement, de Poel One Sourcewas founded as a new solution for these companies with a spend of less than &pound5 million per annum, helping them to access a wider talent pool and get more from their temporary labour agencies, in a compliant and cost-effective way. Ultimately, receiving the same benefits as de Poel’s core model clients.

By increasing the number of clients through de Poel One Source, this, in turn, will give enhanced opportunities to de Poel’s agency partners, in growing their businesses even further.

de Poel One Source works to reduce invoices dramatically, providing just one each week, alleviating clients of the associated administrative burden they face on a daily basis. In addition to this, de Poel One Source offers substantial cost savings (around 10%) typically incurred with procuring temporary labour, and a compliance service, saving businesses the encumbrance of legal worries.

Through de Poel One Source, clients have access to nearly 3,000 agencies that de Poel engages and transacts with on a weekly basis needing to make only one call or booking via the web site, when they have a requirement for temporary labour. By handling all vacancies on the client’s behalf, de Poel One Source reduces workloads and management costs. Clients also have access to an extensive talent pool comprising of high quality candidates retained by agencies that compete on quality of service.
