Faith Recruitment celebrate 10 year anniversary in Woking & Weybridge

Established in 2005, the company has grown from strength to strength and is continuing to increase the number of new employment opportunities across a range of sectors within the area.

Set up as a family business by mother and daughter-in-law partnership Adele Doran and Nikki Formella, the company's team of 10 professional consultants operate from prestigious purpose built premises in the centre of Woking.

Specialising in sales, IT, administration and secretarial roles, Faith Recruitment has risen to become a leading provider of bespoke recruitment solutions to a wide range of small, medium and corporate businesses throughout the wider Surrey region.

Commenting on the company’s 10 year celebrations, Nikki Formella, co-founder and director at Faith Recruitment, said, “It was ambitious to take on such amazing and unique premises when we opened in 2005.

“When we started, the economy was strong, unemployment was low, and confidence was high – it was a great time to be in the recruitment industry. However, the recession that followed proved to be incredibly challenging for many agencies with the majority of agencies closing their doors altogether.

“But by remaining true to what we believe in, our values, and the fantastic dedication of our team we were able to not only ride the economic storm, we came out of it in better shape – now we stronger than ever before.”

Founded on the determination to be different to other recruitment businesses (the company operates under the slogan & lsquo; Not all agencies are the same’), Faith Recruitment quickly gained a reputation locally for its uniquely honest and personal approach to recruitment.

"Over the past 10 years we have grown an exceptional team of dedicated, professional consultants, led by director Danielle Cooper," says Adele Doran. 'It is through our shared vision and passion for what we do that we have become the agency of choice for discerning clients and candidates in the local area," she added.

Growth remains very much part of the future agenda for the business, with the company already looking to increase its existing headcount of recruitment consultants. As demand continues to rise for workers across the company’s four main areas of focus, there are no signs of Faith Recruitment slowing down.

Formella added, “We will continue to build on the things that have made us successful to date, whilst always looking for new ways to ensure we provide the highest standards in recruitment and the best careers advice that our clients and candidates have come to expect.”
