Major Players and SheSays form partnership
The partnership will see Major Players host events, contribute to newsletters and get involved in their networking and mentoring to support female talent in the industry.
Currently only three per cent of creative director positions within the industry are held by females, despite the fact women account for more than 80 per cent of consumer spending, according to some reports.
Laura Bambach, co-founder/director of SheSays, commented, “Our partnership with Major Players allows us to make more of what we do here in London, and beyond. To grow our digital content capabilities and to reach, support and inspire more women within the creative industries. It’s wonderful to be working with a company with such strong female leadership, who really understand our industry, and who have the energy to explore new horizons with us in SheSays founding city.”
Helen Stokes, MD, Major Players says “I’m delighted Major Players are involved in this initiative as it’s a something I truly feel passionate about. I myself can relate to disparity of women in senior positions within recruitment, and have witnessed the shortfall of senior women in the creative space. Our consultants will be able to help support creative talent coming through with practical advice and tools to guide them in their career.”
Major Players work in the creative, digital and marketing industries, placing high-skilled professionals into the country's top agencies and in-house divisions.
