NRG support the recruitment of County Durham housing group's leadership team
The group was formed in April 2015 following the transfer of ownership and management of Durham County Council's former 18,500 homes and is now established as one all-encompassing group.
NRG is working closely with the company’s directors to support the recruitment campaign. For the first phase effort will be focused on the senior leadership team. This includes work in three key business functions which incorporate Performance Business Development, Finance & Resources and Assets & Regeneration.
Over the next year Durham County Housing Group will employ 120 people supporting job prospects and job security in the area.
This development is a fantastic opportunity for individuals from in and outside the region. We are looking for ambitious and innovative individuals to shape the Group’s development and growth over the coming years.
Roles include Head of ICT, Head of Finance, Head of Strategy & Performance, Head of Strategic Assets & Regeneration, Head of HR & Organisational Development and Head of Governance & Business Assurance.
Jim Allcroft, NRG, who is responsible for the recruitment campaign said: “We are pleased to announce our latest partnership with County Durham Housing Group. This recruitment project is key to the Group’s progression. The transfer of ownership and management from Durham County Council means that they need to appoint a skilled and experienced leadership team in a relatively short period of time.”
