BMS Recruitment Ltd select Verifi from DBS Data

The Data as a Service (DaaS) solution has been integrated with the cloud-based recruitment centric CRM platform, Bullhorn, to improve customer and prospect profiling for the UK-based recruitment specialists, as part of its growth strategy.

Launched last month, Verifi is a powerful DaaS solution that empowers organisations to verify and append data regarding a customer or prospect in real-time, improving decision-making, customer service, lead generation and sales.  BMS Recruitment Ltd are using the system to accurately identify profiles of organisations most likely to be interested in its recruitment services.

Associate at BMS Recruitment Ltd, Graham Halewood comments, “Verifi is quick and easy-to-use, and it is already returning the data quality we need. In fact, in the short time we have been using Verifi to profile our customers we have already been able to recognise new business development opportunities.”

Verifi works alongside DBS Data’s tried and tested data profiling and cleansing services and integrates with major CRM and data systems. Its ability to work with Bullhorn was central to BMS’s decision to implement. Halewood adds: Our team needs to have the right data available at the fingertips of those who need it, when they need it. We recognised that Verifi fully integrated with our existing CRM system could deliver this.”

Managing director of DBS Data, Adam Williams states, “With Verifi and the Bullhorn CRM platform working together as one, there is no distraction of juggling data across multiple system. The BMS team simply log on to the CRM system as they have always done via an Internet browser and everything is waiting for them.”

In addition to the deployment of Verifi, the DBS Data team has worked with BMS Recruitment Ltd to supply new data, as well as cleanse, enhance and improve the data quality of its existing client records stored within Bullhorn building a valuable prospecting tool.
