Classpeople brings in new talent for leadership focus
The move has been made to tackle a growing shortage of applications for leadership roles across the UK.
Lynis Bassett, Classpeople director, explained, “We are seeing an increasing demand for leadership candidates as schools are finding low response rates to advertised roles. We are delighted to welcome a recruitment specialist of Will’s calibre to the team and have every faith that he will make a huge success of the leadership desk.”
Pearce, a frequent marathon runner who recently relocated to the Cotswolds from London with his wife and son, has 10 years’ experience in the recruitment industry.
Pearce said, “I am really looking forward to working with the Classpeople team and focusing on education leadership. Having worked in various different recruitment fields I feel that I have a wealth of knowledge and experience to bring to the role."
As part of his new role at Classpeople, Pearce will be attending the upcoming Gloucestershire Association of Primary Head Teachers Conference in June, which is being exclusively sponsored by the rapidly expanding company.
