interRel acquires Niche Technologists
Niche Technologists founded in 1993, has provided placement services to clients with a substantial focus in the Oracle/Hyperion technologies.
Niche is the first company interRel has acquired.
Daniel Barber, founder and president of Niche Technologists and a 46-year IT veteran, said, “I’ve known and worked with Edward Roske prior to and since his founding of interRel and, in fact, have placed several Oracle/Hyperion professionals with him over the years. Edward has proven to be an honest and trustworthy colleague and friend, someone I can trust to do what he says he will do. I can think of none other I would prefer to continue Niche operations as I move into retirement.”
The acquisition of Niche Technologists increases interRel’s Oracle/Hyperion offerings with full-time staffing services. Through Niche, interRel is able to match companies looking for qualified BI/EPM resources with talented Hyperion experts who are looking for a great new opportunity. By expanding its resource base to include permanent placement staffing, interRel achieves greater access to the entire Hyperion community. This advancement aligns with interRel’s mission to educate the world of Hyperion users and keep Hyperion on the forefront of the ever-evolving data analytics frontier.
“Finding qualified BI and EPM professionals has long been a struggle as the demand for resources far outweighs the available supply. All of our clients need, at one time or another, to hire additional BI/EPM resources to increase their full-time staff. We also find people who are looking to move on from their current positions and want help finding a new company who needs their unique skills,” said Edward Roske, CEO of interRel. “Niche Technologists has been providing BI/EPM staffing services from director to entry level professionals throughout the U.S. over the past 20 years, and has built a reputation as one of the best go-to outfits for Oracle/Hyperion staffing services. Our acquisition of Niche as our recruiting and placement division will enable us to offer our clients the opportunity to acquire top talent on both the consulting and staffing side. Dan Barber is a long-time friend and I am glad he trusts me to build on Niche’s legacy of excellence.”
