WANTED Technologies appoints Kevin Savage to lead market development
Savage will be responsible for developing the company’s business and operations locally, as well as playing an advisory role around current best practices for the strategic use of external supply & demand hiring data within human resources departments and staffing agencies.
According to the Deloitte 2015 Human Capital Trendsreport, corporate HR teams are beginning to look at how to bring external data sources into their talent acquisition and planning discussions. However, only 8 percent of those surveyed by Deloitte had experienced HR data analytics teams in place. This lack of analytics experience is in part because many HR professionals don’t know about or have access to all the information sources they require to make informed decisions about where to look for the best candidates.
WANTED Technologies bridges this gap and helps HR departments to bring data, around talent availability and hiring patterns, into their decision-making processes. As part of his new role, Kevin Savage will be responsible for expanding relationships with existing customers around their use of WANTED data, as well as supporting the development of the business within the UK.

Savage brings years of business and industry analysis experience to WANTED. He served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Yankee Group in Europe, leading the analyst firm’s delivery of research programmes and expertise to telecoms companies, equipment vendors, software development firms and financial services organizations. He also spent four years at Jupiter Research and Forrester Research, leading those firms’ growth across UK industry sectors. Additionally, he has held leadership roles at market research provider Communispace and Trufflenet, as well as founding RedScape Research.
