World rally champion, Penny Mallory, launches first Jobshop UK and Engage directors lunch
Jobshop UK said, "With an impressive C.V. that includes hosting the Channel 5 show, & lsquo;Driven,’ which, when it was first launched, knocked Top Gear of its number one spot after twenty-one years, Penny has added numerous professional and personal achievements to her experience, making her the ideal speaker to talk about what makes a business world class and if every company is capable of achieving that accolade.
"During her animated and interactive presentation, Penny revealed the circumstances which led to her becoming a world class rally driver and how her television career developed, along with how she sets herself personal challenges each year which recently resulted in climbing Mount Kilimanjaro. Penny illustrated how using the principles and disciplines required to become a world class sports person can also be used to elevate your business to the level of world class status."
Jobshop UK and Engage Executive Jobs director, Tracey Wood, said: “We were delighted to have Penny kick off the first in our series of talks. By offering our clients the opportunity to attend these exclusive lunches and hear the presentations of successful and influential speakers we hope to inspire, motivate, and of course, entertain. Our next lunch features Adrian Pike, CEO of Anesco, who was named the UK’s fastest growing private company in both 2013 and 2014 by the Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100 League, which we very much look forward to hearing about.”
