A new home for Simplicity
The company is planning to recruit up to 30 new staff over the next two years and as many as 50 within five years, through both growing its core business in recruitment and expanding into other areas.
Simplicity is building on its success with a stated ambition to help recruitment companies grow and thrive.
It will now offer its solutions from purpose-built offices in the Vantage Point Business Village in Mitchedean, Gloucestershire, close to where it has had its home throughout the 10 years it has been in operation.
A focal point of the new corporate offices – twice the size of its previous base - is a IT server cabinet which has been transformed into a Tardis as part of the new look.
MD David Thornhill said,“We feel like time travellers on occasions with the rate of our growth. We are looking forward to working with our clients on a new range of value added solutions over the next 12 months.
“Simplicity’s customers rely on us to support their own growth aspirations and it is good to see how many of the recruitment businesses we provide payroll and support for are growing at the same time as we are.”
Simplicity manages a client portfolio of more than 500 small and medium enterprises and is one of a few outsourcing companies within the recruitment industry to achieve ISO 9001 accreditation for back office and funding services.
