Bradleys Contractors launches new tax helpline for contractors
The decision to work as a contractor brings with it a mix of complex legislation and choice of work status with each of these having their own associated considerations.
Bradleys’ Contractors, a division of Bradleys Accountants Ltd based in South East London, has launched a new tax helpline to talk contractors through what each option will mean for them. Irrespective of whether their employment status is PAYE, a direct engagement contract, self-employment, umbrella company or if they have a limited company a trained team will assist them with their queries.
Pom Chakravarti, head of operations at Bradleys Contractors said, “It is our pleasure to introduce the new tax helpline number. It is a dedicated line for contractors who need any advice on their employment status, IR35, Agency legislation, MSC legislation or Agency Worker Regulation (AWR). We will also offer a no obligation based meeting in London.
“One option does not fit all – based on their employment circumstances we will provide them with the best route to enable them maximise their earnings and save taxes within the guidelines of HMRC.”
The helpline will not just give advice, but an expert to talk to. Contractors will also have the option to book an appointment as per their availability to speak to one of their advisors.
