de Poel launches education brand
As a response to growing demand in new markets and as a means to ensuring further customer engagement, de Poel Education was founded as a new solution for the education sector.
The division was set up to help schools, nurseries and specialist educational institutions to get more from their agencies, in a compliant and cost-effective way.
It aims to improve quality of teaching – minimising the impact cover lessons have on student progress, safeguard educational institutions and their students by providing regulation, and streamline administration with their 24/7 service.
de Poel Education aims to reduce invoices dramatically, providing just one each week, alleviating clients of the associated administrative burden they face on a daily basis. In addition to this, de Poel Education offers substantial cost savings (up to 15%) typically incurred with procuring supply cover, and a compliance service, saving businesses the encumbrance of legal worries.
Through de Poel Education, clients have access to nearly 3,000 rigorously audited agencies that de Poel engages and transacts with on a weekly basis and subsequently a wider talent pool, comprising of high quality candidates.
Andrew Preston, managing director of de Poel healthcare, has been appointed managing director of de Poel Education. He said, “Through the success of de Poel, we spotted an opportunity to develop a solution that caters to the education sector.
“We have worked hard to create a smarter way of working for educational institutions and recruitment agencies, many more of which will now be able to access a wider talent pool of supply staff and have peace of mind when outsourcing the management of their temporary workforce.”
