Specialising in second stage entrepreneurship and businesses experiencing seismic growth, Wilson has been responsible for evolving and delivering scalable marketing and digital strategies for several market leading Scottish based brands. At Change Wilson will be responsible for the full strategic and digital marketing overhaul.
Creative digital agency Giant Peach has been appointed to deliver a comprehensive brand review, and develop a focused new website with improved user experience and CRM integration. Giant Peach’s ongoing content and digital strategy will reflect and highlight Change Recruitment Group’s brand values, positioning the firm as the recruitment brand of choice. Edinburgh-based PR agency Clark Communications, headed by Lesley Brydon, has been appointed to focus on raising the profile of the Change Recruitment Group business across key vertical sectors and the business media. Brydon is a seasoned professional services and corporate consultant.
Change recently announced a radical overhaul of its senior team, positioning the business for growth across a number of markets. Headcount is expected to grow by a further 20-25% over the coming year.
