Interim Partners appoints new managing partner
Rutherford joins Interim Partners with a mandate to help drive the next phase of the company’s growth.
Rutherford joins Interim Partners from Michael Page, where he was managing director of both the technology and consultancy, strategy and change divisions in the UK, having originally joined the company as its first graduate trainee in 1992.
He will lead Interim Partners’ expansion of its offering to a broader number of sectors, as well as developing the business both nationally and internationally.
Doug Baird, chief executive of New Street Group – the parent company of Interim Partners, BrightPool and New Street, says, “Steve’s outstanding career in recruitment gives him the right combination of skills and experience to lead Interim Partners in its next phase of growth.”
“Since its inception 12 years ago Interim Partners has grown rapidly to become one of the leading providers of interim managers while offering the highest levels of service to both clients and the interim management community. We are confident that Steve is the right person to build on that record.”
Steve Rutherford comments, “I’m delighted to be joining Interim Partners’ highly regarded team. It’s already a fast growing business and I am looking forward to working closely with Doug and the rest of the management team to bring its market-leading model to an even wider network of interim managers and clients.”
