Now Careers fund first ever ACCA scholarship

Now Careers, who specialise in Accounts and Finance recruitment, is providing this unique opportunity for a Welsh AAT student to gain a world renowned qualification. The ACCA qualification can cost students, or often the individual’s employer up to &pound8000  never before has this type of course been funded by a third party such as Now Careers.

The closing date for entries is Friday 31st July 2015. On Monday 10th August 2015 the top 10 candidates will be shortlisted, followed by an announcement on Friday 14th August when the Top 3 nominated students will be announced.  On Monday 24th August the top three candidates will be invited to take part in a group lunch and interview held at the Celtic Manor Resort, with representatives from Now Careers, the University of South Wales and ACCA Cymru Wales.

The interviews will only be held on this date, so please ensure that you are available on this day.

The judges will be looking for an individual who has the commitment and passion to become a fully qualified ACCA accountant. The successful student will be able to clearly demonstrate their ambition, application and drive to take their career to the next level as well as being able to add  value within their chosen workplace.

The course will commence on Thursday 3rd September 2015, at the University of South Wales, City Campus, in Newport.
