The theme of the event will be how to embrace diversity within your business and delegates will hear from a range of professionals with expertise on the subject.
The programme will focus on what diversity can bring to your business and how that positively impacts on you, your staff, your clients and your candidates.
The conference will explore and discuss the attraction, retention and promotion of employees into both your business and your clients’ businesses. It will discuss gender, race, religion, age and sexual orientation.
Attendees will also here from Age UK, Stonewall, Eversheds and PageGroup whose speakers will share their insight and experiences of diversity. This will incorporate some great examples of best practise including - How do we ensure no-one is discriminated against and are we offering a wide variety of candidates to our clients tackling and beating unconscious bias and How can recruiters and clients work together?
- The conference will also feature outstanding business leaders and motivational experts to ensure your day leaves you truly inspired and there will be plenty of opportunity for delegate interaction with lots of peer group networking.
- The objective of the Conference is simple it is to stimulate, inspire and galvanise the industry into action, to promote the work that the industry does and ensure we are all doing everything we can to make certain that our workforce and board members are representative of the candidates and clients we support.
