Phil Laycock will lead and manage AndersExecutive as divisional manager and brings with him over 20 years’ dedicated experience in the professional staffing sector and in particular for sourcing senior professionals at executive level.

Applying his vast experience in business and client management, team leadership and service delivery, Laycock will focus on growth in the UK and EMEA regions, particularly in the construction and property markets. 

Laycock is joined by a strong and experienced team of & lsquo;well connected people’ with each member having over 10 years’ sector specialism. Our consultants will provide tailored executive search and selection solutions to companies requiring senior management personnel within the construction and property industries.
