CRG secures five multi-million pound contract wins
The contracts, which also include the London Borough of Croydon, the Ministry of Defence (MoD), Medway Council and Midland Heart, come just a matter of weeks after CRG announced it was on track to reach a record turnover of £26 million this year.
Following competitive tender processes, CRG was awarded all five contracts due to its ability to supply staff, and provide a high quality, cost-effective service. Collectively worth around £12 million, the contracts will see CRG provide everything from care, support and health-related services, to medical services for its commissioners.
Laura Hale, group commercial and implementation director at CRG, said, “This is a really exciting time for CRG as a whole, as well as our sub-brands individually. Securing five new contracts has given us a great boost, and shows our dedication to supplying temporary and permanent recruitment solutions to councils, the MoD and private healthcare providers alike.”
David Wood, strategic procurement officer at Oxfordshire County Council, added, “CRG’s experience of providing high calibre social and health care professionals came across in their tender response and made it an obvious recruitment provider for this framework. It will form a significant part of our preferred supplier list, which is set to be in place for four years.”
As well as providing health professionals to Oxfordshire County Council, CRG will also provide medical services to the Army Personnel Centre in Glasgow, during an initial contract which is set to run until December 2016.
CRG is one of the fastest growing national providers of healthcare services and medical staffing solutions in the UK, with an extensive portfolio of clients. It has become the preferred supplier to major public and private sector organisations, including the NHS, HMP and the MoD, as well as over 35 local authorities and five police authorities.
With an annual turnover of £24 million in 2013/14, CRG is continuing to deliver innovative staffing solutions to the healthcare industry.
CRG Defence, CRG Resourcing, CRG Social Care, CRG Homecare and CRG Allied Health are part of the health service provider and recruitment group, which has 12 sub divisions and was established in 2000.
