RFP writers, Performance Analysts (particularly Fixed Income) and Fund Operations candidates with high academics seem to be in the highest demand. We are seeing a massive increase in demand for Corporate Actions candidates at the lower end of the salary spectrum and a huge demand for Graduates and Juniors. This is because staff are being promoted internally and they are bringing in junior people below them.
