Harvey Nash Executive Search moves to Invenias to underpin global change programme

This is part of the organisation’s global change programme to enable it to operate more effectively as an international team. A key component of this strategy is to better align geographically diverse teams and empower them to work together on a world-wide basis through real-time access to candidates and opportunities.

Peter Mathers, Operations Director, Harvey Nash Executive Search, commented: “We’re an ambitious global search firm that is looking to grow its portfolio of clients globally. To do this, not only do we need to ensure that we are well equipped to access the best global talent, but that we act as a cohesive team in order to deliver an outstanding client and candidate experience. It should not matter if a client is speaking to a member of the team in London or Singapore, the data, experience and response should all be the same. Technology is a key element of our change programme, ensuring we’re retaining our nimbleness and expertise as a company, whilst also driving forward our business growth and operational effectiveness.”

Harvey Nash hopes that Invenias will help it to fill positions with better quality candidates quicker, by widening the pool of talent it has access to. As well as the company’s client facing staff, all support staff and its 50 strong team of in-house researchers will all use the Invenias platform and will be able to access the data they need from their mobile, tablet, PC or laptop.

Magnus Tegborg, CEO, Harvey Nash Executive Search / Alumni continues: “Technology has transformed the search sector and it is important to us that we invest in a platform that future proofs our business. We have confidence that the Invenias platform and the Invenias team, will ensure that we can continue to adapt to the constantly changing world around us.”

The addition of Harvey Nash to its client list brings the number of customers that have implemented the Invenias platform to over 700. During 2015, Invenias has grown to over 60 employees in five locations around the world. Its new office in Walnut Creek, California, announced in January, is now fully operational and an expanded New York office opened in April.

David Grundy, CEO, Invenias commented: “During 2015 our growth has accelerated to the point where we’re not only the fastest growing provider of search software, but also now the largest provider to the executive search sector. The traction we’re seeing in the market comes from our ability to help search firms and in-house teams revolutionise digital engagement. To see such a prestigious name as Harvey Nash joining our list of customers is great testament to the combined capabilities of the Invenias team and technology.”
