MBN announce mid-year promotions

With a continued run of planned growth and with the commitment of a dedicated, capable and engaged team, MBN has achieved another period of simply stellar performance. “Whether benchmarked against our Scottish Peers or more widely in the verticals in which we operate, MBN has exceeded all expectations.” said Michael Young, MBN’s Chief Executive.

He continued “We have several key announcements to make over the course of the next few months including an exciting announcement to introduce a new business stream in the MBN group so stay tuned to find out more”.

For now, and in recognition of MBN’s tremendous growth and our ongoing commitment to our high performing team members, we are proud to announce our latest round of promotions.  After a tough round of business case submissions, presentations and feedback sessions:

Josh Smith has been promoted to Principal Consultant in the areas of Web / Digital Analytics.  This reflects not just the strong year Josh is having but his constantly high standards of performance, client retention and his business development capabilities.

Drew Kempsell has been promoted to Executive Consultant in the Digital & IT Team.  Drew has proven himself capable of opening doors into new clients otherwise considered as closed shops.

Mark Williams has been promoted to Executive Consultant. Mark works predominantly across the Insight & Analytics sectors but with a specific focus on our International Clients.

Paul Forrest, MBN’s Chairman said “This was not a run of the mill promotion round.  Our three candidates had to undertake a rigorous planning and presentation process and undergo a grilling from the board.  This is the best way for us to benchmark high performance, and to determine who in the team is ready for the responsibility and capable of supporting our continued growth.  All three have shown their commitment, honesty and integrity to MBN and are regarded as trusted, future leaders within our business”.
