Spa days, duvet mornings and luxury food hampers for hard working staff at Thorn Baker
The TB Rewards Club is a version of a flexible benefits club, where the majority of staff will receive some kind of extra benefit in the next 12 months.
Membership of the TB Rewards Club will entitle employees to 'spend' a total of 1,000 'TB Rewards points' during the quarter. Points are earned through special achievements and hard work.
The menu of benefits includes an additional half a day’s holiday, a night away in a hotel, car hire for a day or weekend, a meal at a restaurant, a & lsquo;posh lunch’ with a director or colleague, a spa treat, a luxury food and drinks hamper, a & lsquo;duvet morning’ 10am start, a one year magazine subscription or a piece of fruit for every team member every day for a month.
Director at Thorn Baker Matt Page said: “The TB Rewards Club is designed to recognise and reward great performances and quality work across the business on a quarterly basis, to support our 'Best Company to Work for' status and to help us achieve our vision to be the recruitment company of choice for our clients, candidates and our people.
“To enjoy the benefits of being a member of the TB Rewards Club staff must stand out to the directors, perhaps for being our new business champion, managing a team with high customer satisfaction levels or as one of our top three managers of the quarter.
“There are other routes into the club too, such as delivering the highest fee for the quarter or as a directors’ & lsquo;wild card’ choice.”
Matt added: “At Thorn Baker, we pride ourselves on nurturing a happy and healthy work force and making sure all of our employees feel valued and respected. The TB Rewards Club is another way of doing this – and we’re sure everyone will reap the benefits over the next 12 months.”
