TheiobPost has received a further funding award of £250k from the UK’s innovation agency, Innovate UK. TheiobPost is the UKs leading recruitment agency marketplace. Working on a crowdsourcing model,TheiobPost’s platform match employers who have job vacancies with relevant recruitment agencies based on their area of specialisation.
TheiobPost used its initial Innovate UK award to develop a sophisticated matching algorithm to support its unique filtering model that helps employers rapidly identify relevant, specialist recruiters when they need support with their vacancies.
“Our original & lsquo;proof of concept’ project has shown incredible initial results with the rime taken for employers to identify and engage with relevant recruiters reducing from days and weeks to hours and minutes. In a growing market that has over 19,500 recruitment agencies operating in the UK, 75% of which employ less than ten people, this offers a significant benefit for both employers and recruiters. The further Innovate UK funding will now enable us to scale our offering significantly.” said Ken Brotherston, Chairman of TheiobPost.
Commenting on the funding, Marc Williams TheiobPost’s COO and Head of Product Development saidij “We’re delighted to get this furt her recognition for our technology platform that we believe will truly make engaging with specialist recruiters far more efficient than any other process.
To be able to give employers real-time insight into relevant recruiters is a real gaine changer. Additionally, our ability to integrate our recruiter matcher capability into employer Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) removing the manual work to generate the best matches is really special.”
