New MRINetwork offices open in South Africa to support growing financial services industry

Responding to this need, MRINetwork recently launched affiliate offices MRINetwork Cape Town and Johannesburg Fourways to help companies find the people they need to align their financial and tax strategies to their businesses, and to address specific objectives for creating value for their organizations.

Owner and president of MRINetwork Cape Town is Lynn Kleinsmith, a seasoned HR and talent acquisition professional in the financial arena. Nina Axt, also an experienced human resources and recruitment professional in the field, heads up Johannesburg Fourways.  Her office will focus on recruitment of tax industry professionals. “Both Ms. Axt and Ms. Kleinsmith have proven track records in the financial services industry and in human resources,” says John McDonald, president of MRINetwork. “Their combined experience and critical eye for talent ensure that they will be a great asset both to our organisation and to their clients and candidates.”

Kleinsmith’s experience in talent acquisition and HR leadership roles include her most recent position as the head of HR for South Africa and the Sub Saharan African region for adidas Group, where she was responsible for setting the strategic growth plan for people and culture. She also managed the full HR function in the Western Cape Region for Dimension Data MEA where she was part of the Executive Committee driving regional HR strategy.

Prior to opening Johannesburg Fourways, Axt managed the tax recruitment function for experienced hire and graduate candidates, talent management, as well as general coordination of Africa mobility, for PwC. Earlier in her career, she held a similar position in recruitment with Ernst & Young. She also worked as an organizational development consultant for FNB South Africa.
