Oil and gas specialist Aldelia implements Bullhorn CRM worldwide
Aldelia, which has branched out to cover the power and renewables, mining and engineering and construction markets, chose Bullhorn due to its easy implementation and the ability to roll out the system to its seven global offices and 50 consultants quickly. In addition, Aldelia wanted a faster and more adaptable solution that could handle the many different languages and time zones in which it operates.
Chris Quy, director of Aldelia, comments: “With offices in London, Dubai, Paris, Rio de Janeiro, Nigeria, Iraq, and Singapore, we needed a CRM to help our consultants connect the dots between our different locations, giving us the flexibility we need.
“Before we adopted Bullhorn, our offices weren’t communicating or sharing information efficiently. That’s all changed because of Bullhorn’s powerful collaboration features. It will also enable us to expand our team in an efficient way, ensuring that inter-office communication remains strong so as we grow we should in fact become smaller!”
Quy continues: “With Bullhorn’s true-cloud solution, I feel confident that we have a system in place that will support our expansion plans and grow with us. Really, there was no point using anyone other than the market leader.”
Peter Linas, international MD of Bullhorn, comments: ““We are delighted to welcome Aldelia to the Bullhorn family. As Bullhorn CRM for Staffing is the leading product in the recruitment industry, we are ideally placed to support its growth plans across time zones and language barriers.
“2015 has been a fantastic year for Bullhorn so far, and I look forward to bringing Bullhorn’s many benefits, from integration capabilities to speedy employee onboarding, to more recruitment companies over the rest of this year and beyond.”
