WilsonHCG supports candidate experience awards for 3rd consecutive year
The CandE Awards is an annual benchmarking and recognition program that started in North America in 2011. Through a series of survey research and evaluations, the CandE Awards work to understand how employers and candidates engage during the recruiting process as well as the practices that impact the candidate experience. To date, Talent Board’s global efforts have helped to document the experiences of more than 250,000 job seekers across North America and the United Kingdom. The largest program of its kind, the CandE Awards has grown to include programs in EMEA and Asia-Pacific (APAC).
“Candidate experience is at the heart of our own talent acquisition strategy and those we build out on behalf of our clients,” commented Kim Pope, WilsonHCG’s vice president of Recruitment Solutions. “How companies interact with job seekers throughout the recruiting process speaks volumes about their employment brand and overall corporate culture, and in today’s competitive hiring landscape, candidate experiences directly contribute to the success of an organization. This is exactly why WilsonHCG continues to work with Talent Board as an advocate for proactive recruiting practices.”
In addition to supporting the multiple regional programs, WilsonHCG continues to serve on the CandE Council, a group of industry experts and thought leaders dedicated to ensuring Talent Board has access to the latest insight and ideas in the recruiting and talent acquisition space.
Elaine Orler, Talent Board co-founder and chairman and CEO of Talent Function, offered, “With deep insights into candidate behaviors, companies have the opportunity to redefine and reinvent talent acquisition practices. From our growing body of Candidate Experience Awards research, we recognize that this additional knowledge can have a substantial impact on the way employers conduct the recruiting process. As a result, we are eager to educate employers on a global level in hopes of further influencing the way employers work with job seekers. We are grateful to WilsonHCG for continuing to support us in this mission.”
