Bryant Group was established in 1980 and has grown to become one of the largest and most successful local recruitment consultancies in Aberdeen. The organisation consists of three divisions – Bryant Personnel, Bryant Engineering and Bryant Ocean.
Marion Fyvie, who joined the firm in 1982, says, “I started working with Brenda back in 1982 and from day one loved the fast moving, people-oriented environment. Although the recruitment industry has seen many changes over the years, the principles on which Brenda established Bryant have remained the same, and we are still proud to offer a quality, professional service yet with the & lsquo;personal touch in personnel”.
Brenda Bryant, founder and managing director of Bryant Group, says, “As an organisation we wanted to recognise all of our long serving managers and staff for their many years of loyal and dedicated service. A significant number of staff have worked with us for over 25 years. The success of the business is definitely a testament to our strong team who go above and beyond for our client base.”
Brenda adds, “The recruitment industry has a notoriously high staff turnover so we are extremely proud of the retention levels we have at Bryant and also the length of time our employees stay with us. We would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of the Bryant Staff for their commitment and input to the business.”
Bryant Group has celebrated many business successes in recent months. Brenda Bryant was recently awarded 2014 Scottish Female Entrepreneur of the year by the highly acclaimed Scottish Business Awards, while the business was also recently recognised in the London Stock Exchange & lsquo;1000 Companies to Aspire to in Britain’.
The organisation was also shortlisted in the coveted Northern Star Business Awards for Overall Business of the Year which took place in Aberdeen last week.
