Business Growth Award sets Wayne Brophy up for sustained success
Wayne, founder and managing director of specialist recruitment company, Cast UK, completed the acclaimed ten-month LEAD 2 Innovate programme, led by Ian Gordon and achieved the accolade for the successful growth of his business during the time he was involved in the programme.
The leadership and management development programme, which draws on conceptual insights and academic research has supported more than 3,000 SME owners. Independent research reports a post-LEAD turnover growth rate of 13.8 per cent, and employment growth rate of 16.8 per cent per annum.
Following his successful completion of the Growth Accelerator course, Wayne was keen to pursue further leadership development and benefit from Lancaster University Management School’s world class lecturers as well as a robust network of like-minded business owners.
Participation in this series of workshops and master-classes on innovation and business strategy has bolstered Wayne’s commitment to driving the growth of Cast UK, which specialises in sourcing senior talent in procurement, buying and merchandising, supply chain and logistics, for SMEs through to FTSE 500 UK companies.
