Change Recruitment Group invests in digital and business change practise
Andrew Finlayson has joined as director of IT, digital and business change, and Laura Thorburn has been promoted to associate director.
The pair will lead a growing team of experienced consultants in Glasgow and Edinburgh to identify innovative recruitment solutions for clients across a variety of sectors.
Andrew said: “The competition for talent is fierce across Mobile Apps, Digital Development, Cloud, Data and Cyber Security. Where there are shortages of talent, we’ve seen salary inflation and how important remuneration is as part of the decision whether to join a business or not. The current trends would suggest, whilst salary is important other factors appear to be higher priority for many. These key drivers relate more towards how forward thinking an organisation seems to be, innovation, career development and very importantly, the opportunity to work on the latest technologies.
