Class People welcomes new Worcestershire team
The company has opened the strategically placed new branch, in Bromsgrove, just off the M5, to help manage the rapidly increasing business in the area in line with expansion plans. Steve Fitzpatrick, formerly of Monarch and Teaching Personnel, has been hired to run the new branch with a talented team of trainee recruitment consultants.
The new recruits have been chosen for their strong backgrounds in areas that are key to the Class People business model. Em Lawrence fulfils the company’s commitment to having an educator in every branch with a level 3 certificate in childcare learning development and SEN experience. Warren Cooper brings a strong sales background with business management skills.
Lynis Bassett, CEO, explains
“We are delighted to welcome our new Worcestershire team to Class People. We have been rapidly building our presence in the area ensuring that the right teachers and practitioners are matched with the right schools and settings. We have high hopes that the addition of such a fantastic team will help drive that business forward.”
Steve Fitzpatrick, newly appointed branch manager for Worcestershire, added
“I’m delighted to be joining a company that is so passionate about education at such an exciting time for the business. With my previous experience within education recruitment I have no doubt that I will be able to support and develop a first class team for the Worcestershire area.”
With further planned expansion across other areas in the South-West in coming months, the education recruitment company which has offices in Cheltenham, Bristol, Swindon, Exeter and Worcestershire, is determined to lead the education industry into driving up standards of recruitment and supply teaching.
