Lumesse and TheJobPost partner to offer TalentLink customers new recruitment marketplace

TheJobPost connects employers and recruiters to fill vacancies faster, more efficiently and through a single contract solution.

Increased pressure to access the best talent and decrease time-to-hire has seen the rise of the online marketplace to facilitate maximum access to the talent supply chain. The integration of TheJobPost platform with Lumesse’s TalentLink software is an example of this, enabling users to access a new type of recruitment model which removes the need to onboard new suppliers onto an existing preferred supplier list. Based on sophisticated algorithms, TheJobPost enables employers to match their vacancies instantly with the right suppliers at a pre-set fee, location and sector using just a few clicks of a mouse.

John Paul Caffery, co-founder of the TheJobPost, stated, “Future proofing your supply chain to ensure you can hire the best talent is essential. An integrated approach to talent attraction and sourcing has proven highly successful for our customer and agency network of 46,000 suppliers. In fact, through using a marketplace to recruit rather than using traditional preferred supplier lists, our customers have already achieved significant efficiency savings, with hire times reducing in some cases by 33% and placement rates increasing by up to 42%.”

Lumesse’s TalentLink customers can post job adverts, access candidates and data across multiple channels with a simple click of a button - including now TheJobPost platform. This removes any duplication of effort whilst still enabling recruiters to track candidate engagement, updates and leads across channels as they progress through the TalentLink process.

Norbert Fischl, EVP Enterprise & EMEA at Lumesse said, “This partnership is a demonstration of how collaboration can make recruitment more agile, productive and efficient to recruiters globally. Organisations that have complex recruitment requirements that cannot be satisfied using a traditional preferred supplier list are now able to change the way they source talent to take advantage of these benefits.”
