The integration of TheJobPost platform with Lumesse’s TalentLink software is an example of this, enabling users to access a new type of recruitment model which removes the need to onboard new suppliers onto an existing preferred supplier list. Based on sophisticated algorithms, TheJobPost enables employers to match their vacancies instantly with the right suppliers at a pre-set fee, location and sector using just a few clicks of a mouse.
