Randstad US wins 2015 ASA Staffing VOICE Award

The ASA Staffing VOICE Awards celebrate the best staffing industry marketing, advertising, multimedia and public relations campaigns of the year—based on vision, originality, innovation, communications and effectiveness (VOICE). The first worldwide study conducted to investigate workplace preferences of Gen Ys and Gen Zs, Randstad US' integrated campaign won in the "Media Relations" category.

The Randstad US Managing Gen Y and Z in the Workplace campaign was intended to equip employers with critical insight regarding the incoming workforce, allowing them to adjust talent strategies in order to prepare for a new generation of workers.

It resulted in a wealth of media coverage that underscored the distinct generational differences and provided companies with valuable information to consider as they enhance and adjust talent strategies to better manage multiple generations sitting side-by-side to one another.

Engaging video and other visual content was produced and featured on Randstad's thought leadership platform, Workforce360, and an infographic incorporating survey data was also featured on a billboard in Times Square.

"Receiving the 2015 ASA Staffing VOICE Award for our generational campaign confirms the true impact and reach of our research," said Lesly Cardec, senior director of content and marketing innovation at Randstad US.

"Our study fielded results that allowed us to provide actionable insight of use and value to all companies despite size or industry, and we found ways to communicate the information creatively by producing assets that were both interesting and visually appealing to our target audience.

ASA Staffing VOICE Award honorees will be celebrated at Staffing World&reg, the annual ASA convention and expo, Oct. 27-29 inNashville, TN.
