Breaking Records at Bond Williams
Previously, the Bournemouth based recruitment agency’s record month had been in November 2014, but September has seen a 13% increase on that previous high.
2015 is on course to be a record breaking year due to an increase in vacancies from clients and successful placements throughout the 12 month period. The business has enjoyed an average 26% year-on-year annual growth, based upon numbers of successfully filled jobs, in each of the past five years.
Claire Bond, Director at Bond Williams, says “We are delighted to see this pattern of growth and it represents continued assignments from our clients due to the quality of the service and candidates they continue to receive from Bond Williams. Of course, we acknowledge the economic factors boosting job creation in Dorset, which is also heartening to see. This continued growth should produce our best year since we opened in 2004 and our team has grown and strengthened accordingly this year, so we look forward to approaching 2016 in the same style.”
In addition, Bond Williams have been selected as a finalist in two categories of the IRP Awards 2015, national recruitment sector awards hosted and judged by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC). Bond Williams are shortlisted as finalists in the best company to work for category (up to 20 employees) and Temporary Consultant of the Year, highlighting Suzanne Sherriff. The awards recognise best practice and professionalism across the UK’s recruitment industry, so this is a fantastic acknowledgement of the ethos and standards that are in operation at Bond Williams. The winners will be announced at a ceremony in London on Wednesday 9 December.
