John Rose launches Vered Consulting

Rose has spent the past 12 years in a variety of CEO positions, spanning a wide variety of business types from a PE backed group and UK AIM listed company, through to the UK division of a NASDAQ listed business his experience encompasses 15 countries and several continents.

Rose explains, “The idea behind Vered Consulting is to offer a & lsquo;roll your-sleeves up’ executive and operating partner service to recruitment leaders.  I believe that I am different to many consultants in this space, in that I do not like the idea of sitting back, advising and relaxing. After all, it’s likely I’ve experienced the issues these people are facing before, and can therefore offer them practical support and coaching.”

With many recruitment businesses looking at diversification and growth  strategies, alongside maximising international opportunities, Vered Consulting feel that there is a gap in the market for support in these areas. It is likely that recruitment leaders will be faced with many challenges new to them as their businesses grow, such as developing management teams and infrastructure,  mergers and acquisitions, strategic (and exit) planning,  building unique propositions and value added services etc.

Rose feels confident about the future, “I am passionate about supporting recruitment leaders. I genuinely enjoy seeing the success when businesses grow and energise the lives of those individuals involved in the process. It is a great industry but running any size of recruitment business and sitting at the top can be a lonely place.  I have extensive experience in understanding what is really needed to support these people”

Vered Consulting have already signed up a number of clients and are looking to partner with more before the end of the year.
