New branches drive growth for Drivers Direct

The company’s profits remain in line with the increase in sales.

The positive results are a result of the company investing more than &pound1m in the opening of six new branches in the last year, including sites in Liverpool, Swindon, Derby, Durham, Leicester and Romford.  The company has also announced that it has launched a new logistics division to offer clients a complete logistics solution of vehicles and commercial drivers.

Gethin Roberts, managing director of Drivers Direct, commented, “The investments that we have made in new offices and staff have paid dividends and enabled us to service the strong demand we are experiencing from our growing customer base.

“We have a number of new exciting developments in the pipeline this year including additional branch openings and strategic investments that will help us build on our market position and allow us to offer our customers a complete package for all their commercial driver and logistics requirements.”
