Norman Broadbent Group's AGP marks steady growth with several senior appointments
Paul Strangeway joins to co-head the Technology, Media and Telecoms (TMT) practice. Strangeway has extensive experience within recruitment and has most recently worked at e.g1 and Korn Ferry Futurestep. Also joining the TMT practice is Stephen Baldock, who will work alongside Paul as Associate Director following his previous position at Harvey Nash.
Another strong hire for the firm, Minesh Ghelani, has been appointed director of both the Life Sciences and HR practices. Minesh joins from the Astralis Recruitment Group and now represents AGP’s Life Sciences practice and will focus on recruiting senior professionals for numerous Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device, and CRO businesses. Ghelani's experience also expands in to the HR field and has strong credentials in searching for HR professionals and those within Resourcing, L&D, Reward, Employee Relations and Industrial Relations.
AGP’s Consumer and Retail practice welcomes Marc Kramers as director. Kramers was previously at Investigo and has over a decade of experience and will focus on procurement, supply chain, operations, sales & marketing and logistics within the Consumer and Retail space.
