Penna shortlisted in five categories at REC IRP awards
Anthony Lewis, associate director joined Penna two and a half years ago has been shortlisted for IMA Interim Consultant of the Year. He leads a team of consultants providing interim managers to UK local government and professional service firms and is also a member of the Institute of Interim Managers (IIM). Associate Director Toni Hall, who was shortlisted last year and won a & lsquo;highly commended’ accolade, has also made the 2015 shortlist. Since joining Penna three and a half years ago, Toni has worked with a breadth of local authority clients, providing executive level interim managers to support them through change across the whole range of council services. Toni was also voted by the IIM as the Interim Consultant of the Year in 2014 and 2015.
David Weir, director of Public Sector Executive Interim has been shortlisted for Business Manager of the Year. He has been with the company for over 9 years, working with clients across local government, central government, charities and the health sector, and in that time has played a key role in Penna gaining a place on a number of public sector interim management frameworks and being awarded platinum provider status by the IIM. Lara Dawson, Resourcing Project Director, has been with Penna for seven and a half years, has also been shortlisted in the same category. She works on Penna’s largest secure government client account and has helped grow the team from 6 when she joined to over 40.
Director of Local Government Executive Search, Maggie Hennessy has been shortlisted in the Executive Search Consultant of the Year category. She joined Penna in 2013, and is a leading national recruiter and has recruited to a number of high profile and statutory roles across the social care sector throughout the country.
Finally, the Recruitment Solutions business is one of seven companies shortlisted for the Best Recruitment Company to work for (over 250 employees) category.
