“Congratulations to the World’s Best,” said Ann Nadeau, global managing director of Great Place to Work. “Great workplaces like these pay special attention to the diversity of individual employees’ experiences. At the same time, our research into the World’s Best suggests companies shouldn’t lose sight of the importance of esprit de corps — and of cultivating a friendly, fair and fun community at work.”

The Company as Community report is based on analysis of the survey responses of more than 500,000 employees across the 25 World’s Bests. It includes details about the findings and their connection to global trends, explains the way great cultures are a competitive advantage, and offers a set of recommendations based on the research.
