Taylor has been with Change since 2007 and over the years has demonstrated he is an outstanding recruiter, as well as a great recruitment leader and divisional manager. Change Recruitment said his progression and promotion to associate director of the UK accountancy & finance division has been well-earned. Steven Fairlie has been promoted to managing consultant in the investment and risk team. Fairlie joined Change a little over two years ago. He has since shown a great desire to lead and truly believes in the team he works with. As one of the groups top performing consultants, Fairlie has become referential in his market and with his promotion to managing consultant, he can begin to impart his knowledge to the wider team to better assist the company’s clients and candidates.

Mark McFall, group managing director of Change Recruitment, said, “I’m incredibly proud to announce such a wealth of appointments and promotions. This year our main focus has been on business growth, internal development and transformation in order to guarantee a better client and candidate experience, and to evolve with the ever-changing recruitment industry.

“Business growth will come in three main forms, namely market specialisation, segmentation and the acquisition of new emerging markets along with greater emphasis on providing ROI for clients. Having created a senior team that has the drive, talent and the passion to rethink and develop our client and candidate engagement strategies, we are in a strong position to achieve great success in the coming years.”

Change has achieving a head count growth of nearly 25% across the Group this year. The company has also spread across Glasgow and Edinburgh.
