Chartwell Staffing Solutions acquires two businesses in one week
The growing staffing firm purchased New York City-based Tiger Information Systems, a staffing, recruiting and training agency, last Friday (30th October).
Just days earlier, Chartwell announced it acquired a Georgia staffing firm, Victory Staffing Solutions LLC.
Chartwell recently opened offices in Lower Paxton Township, Edison, N.J., and Sumner, Wash., and has midstate locations in Lancaster, York, Gettysburg and Chambersburg.
Future growth plans include opening several more New Jersey offices in the next few months and a Seattle office in the next year.
According to a news release, Tiger Information Systems will be rebranded as Chartwell, and Chartwell will retain the firm's staff.
Tiger Information Systems has 30 years of experience in serving financial, corporate and legal firms in the New York area. With this acquisition, Chartwell adds IT, legal and creative staffing, as well as IT training and project services to its professional staffing services.
The acquisition gives Chartwell its second office in New York City.
The original New York City office supplies staff for office, financial and human resources positions as well as office support, employee benefit and financial presentation and applicant screening services.
The woman-owned disadvantaged business enterprise – owned by Tracy Kidan – has 46 offices in 13 states, and is one of the largest woman-owned staffing agencies in the US.
