Liquid Personnel appoints head of healthcare
With a background in recruitment, strategy and delivery in recruitment, Watson has been brought on board to take up the challenge of further growing Liquid’s considerable influence in healthcare markets.
The Manchester-based recruitment consultancy experienced a substantial turnover growth of 47% for the financial year ending in 2015 to post a record turnover of £52,847,349, up from the previous year’s £35,861,245.
And with a remit including expanding Liquid’s market reach into Allied Health to go alongside its well-established social work, care and nursing arms, it is hoped Watson's appointment will continue this upward trend.
Declaring herself & lsquo;thrilled’ at her appointment, an excited Watson was keen to stress she had big plans to further grow her department, which she described as & lsquo;full of potential.’
Liquid Personnel’s sales director, Alison Humphries, commented, “We’re thrilled to have Debra on board as we build toward the future by investing in new markets – her expertise will be greatly welcomed, and we have every confidence in her success.
“We want to continue to be seen as a trailblazer in our field, and Debra’s appointment is part and parcel of this approach.”
